I’m Kate Marvel Snowden — a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach. I am very passionate about helping adults build strength, mobility, and confidence. With a background in education, training, and coaching, I understand the importance of creating safe, sustainable habits that support long-term health and independence. I believe fitness should be safe, effective, and focused on helping you live the life you want — whether that’s playing with grandkids, traveling, feeling steadier on your feet, or training for your first endurance event.

My training and coaching approach acknowledges where you’ve been, supports where you are, and empowers you to move forward with resilience. Clients trust me because I combine professional expertise with compassion and realistic, step-by-step guidance.
